Vestal Filtered Water

Area: SWANSEA

Freycinet National Park Visitors Centre, The Ugly Duck Out at Swansea and Scorchers by the River at Orford are outlets for Vestal water. Vestal water is dedicated to reducing the huge environmental impact of the bottled water industry. Another environmental upside of the Vestal water system is that the water is from rain water storage and not ground water from a spring and has zero carbon miles.

At the National Park ambient, chilled or sparkling costs $1 a fill and $5 for 5 litres plus (great for campers). Aluminium reusable bottles are also available for purchase for customers without bottles. These come with two fills, one upon purchase and a voucher to refill later.

To introduce Vestal water to their guests The Ugly Duck Out are offering a free stainless steel bottle with the purchase of a coffee or tea and the presentation of this voucher. Only 50 bottles are available, so be quick. In the future. the stainless steel Vestal / TUDO bottle entitles the owner to a free water refill with the purchase of a coffee or tea.The Ugly Duck Out have also introduced the sparkling water into their gluten-free batter, mixed the water with syrups and organic ice cream for Spiders, and used it to create S.N.A.S (sensational non alcoholic spritas).

Freycinet Adventures

Area: COLES BAY

Our Freycinet Paddle tours operate all year round. During Summer our tours our tours depart in the Morning (8:30am) and Twilight (varies between 4:00pm and 5:00pm).

We time our tours to make the most of the calmer seas and better weather. Therefore, we do not generally offer a tour in the middle of the afternoon as this part of the day is typically more windy.
