Freycinet Lodge - Winter Changes
Winter Menu – Richardson’s Bistro
This winter Freycinet Lodge will be closing Richardson's bistro for dinner, with last operation night being the 6th May - reopening on the 17th Sept. The Bistro will still be in operation for morning tea, lunch as normal (10 am - 3 pm) with snack menu available from 3 pm - 5:30 pm. Our new winter lunch and snack menu will be available from 7th May.
The Bay Restaurant
From the 7th May the Bay Restaurant will be realising its new winter menu. However please don't worry the old favourites are still being featured, to follow the season we’ve added some more traditional hearty dishes and invite you to come and try them.
Operation times - Starting from the 7th May;
- Reception 7:30 am - 8 pm
- Breakfast 7:30 am - 10 am being served in Richardson's Bistro
- Lunch 10 am - 3 pm in Richardson’s Bistro
- Afternoon Tea / Snacks 3 pm - 5:30pm in Richardson’s Bistro
- Dinner 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm in The Bay Restaurant
- Hazards Bar 3 pm - late
Freycinet Adventures
Our Freycinet Paddle tours operate all year round. During Summer our tours our tours depart in the Morning (8:30am) and Twilight (varies between 4:00pm and 5:00pm).
We time our tours to make the most of the calmer seas and better weather. Therefore, we do not generally offer a tour in the middle of the afternoon as this part of the day is typically more windy.

Wineglass Bay Cruises
Now departing daily at 9.00 am through to 31st March. Back to a 10.00am start on 1st April.
In addition to the fantastic scenery, most days we’re seeing lots of Australian fur seals, dolphins, shearwaters and albatrosses.
